Salvation & Growth in My Household

Prayer Focus: Pray for those under your roof (spouse, children, extended family living with you).
Example Prayer: Lord, let salvation be present in my home. Lead my family into a deeper walk with You. Shape our hearts to love You above all else and live in unity under Christ.
Scripture: Joshua 24:15 (ESV) – “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Scripture: Deuteronomy 11:18–20 (ESV) – “You shall therefore lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall teach them to your children, talking of them when you are sitting in your house, and when you are walking by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.”

Relatives & Extended Family

Prayer Focus: Pray for family outside your home to come to faith and grow in Christ.
Example Prayer: Father, open the hearts of my relatives. Holy Spirit, minister to those in my family who don’t know You as their Savior and provide me with the courage and opportunity to share the Gospel with them. Save those who don’t know You, and strengthen those who do, so that our family legacy is one of faithfulness to Christ.
Scripture: Acts 16:31 (ESV) – “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
Scripture: John 16:8 (ESV) – “And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment.”

Close Friends & Personal Relationships

Prayer Focus: Pray for friends and close relationships to experience salvation and spiritual maturity.
Example Prayer: Lord, thank You for the friendships You’ve given me. Use me as a witness in their lives. Draw my friends to Yourself and grow them in faith and godliness. Let me be a godly example in their lives.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 9:19–23 (ESV) – “For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them. 20 To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law. 21 To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law. 22 To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some. 23 I do it all for the sake of the gospel, that I may share with them in its blessings.”

My Local Church Family

Prayer Focus: Pray for unity, maturity, and faithfulness in your local church body.
Example Prayer: Father, strengthen my church family. Knit us together in love, help us grow in maturity, and keep us faithful to Your mission of making disciples.
Scripture: Ephesians 4:15–16 (ESV) – “Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”

Church Leaders & Servants

Prayer Focus: Pray for pastors and ministry leaders to walk in wisdom and holiness.
Example Prayer: Lord, protect and strengthen those who lead and serve in our church. Give them wisdom, endurance, and integrity as they guide Your people. Let them lead by example and in humility.
Scripture: Hebrews 13:17 (ESV) – “Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.”

The Lost in My Community

Prayer Focus: Pray for unbelievers in your neighborhood and city to come to faith.
Example Prayer: Father, open the eyes of those in my community who don’t know You. Break down barriers to the gospel and use our church as a light in this city. Lord Jesus, build Your church.
Scripture: Acts 16:14 (ESV) – “One who heard us was a woman named Lydia, from the city of Thyatira, a seller of purple goods, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what was said by Paul.”

Unity & Revival in the Church & Community

Prayer Focus: Pray for unity among believers and revival to spread in your community.
Example Prayer: Lord, bring revival to our city. Unite us under the banner of Christ, and let the gospel transform hearts, families, and entire neighborhoods.
Scripture: John 17:21 (ESV) – “…that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me.”
